Sleeping again was a challenge - I couldn't find a comfortable position with the pressure on my knee. I use a pillow below the knee, and that helps a little bit. I can put a pillow between my knees and lay on one side, but wake up from the stress on my shoulder.
I am able to bend the knee slightly more, but still can't hold a right angle without some severe discomfort.
I tried to lift the leg while laying flat - am barely able to hold it off the carpet for about 3-4 seconds. There just isn't any leverage around the knee with all that fluid there. It's a little easier now to get around on crutches, and am able at times to use only one.
First dinner outside the house - whohoo! Civilization.
